Thirty Park Place

Art direction, design

Client: Four Seasons

2014

Thirty Park Place is a Robert A.M. Stern-designed luxury high-rise apartment building that is serviced by Four Seasons Hotels. When completed in 2016, it was the second tallest residential building in New York City. Like the building itself, the design approach took its inspiration from the surrounding downtown Art Deco architecture, and New York’s rich history of residential hotels.
